Beatty ist ein kleines Städtchen (immerhin leben hier über 1000 Einwohner!) im hübschen Nevada, nur 190 Kilometer entfernt von Las Vegas an der U.S. Route 95. Nicht weit von Beatty liegt auch die Geisterstadt Rhyolite und so verirren sich sogar einige Touristen hier her.
